YourComputer.com uses your email address as your "UserName" you won't have any other name associated to your account. 

Make sure this is the website you signed up with, there are many similar sites online.  You can also try searching your email application for your original welcome email you received when you originally signed up.  Emails are sent from our admin@yourcomputer.com account. 

Make sure you add admin@yourcomputer.com to your safe senders list so our emails wont end up in your Junk or spam email boxes.
